Protecting and Promoting Ringwood’s unique character
We believe that Ringwood is a town to be proud of and that its historic buildings deserved to be protected.
- To share an understanding of the unique heritage of the town through exhibitions and talks such as Ringwood Pubs Past and Present
- To enhance and restore areas of historic interest like the restoration of the Fridays Cross painted sign (above the Cellar Bar)
- with New Forest District Council, Ringwood Town Council and others by providing input on planning applications within the Conservation Area and assisting in identifying areas of Local Distinctiveness.
If you are thinking about becoming a member join us at our next talk, Ringwood Pubs Past and Present at Greyfriars on 23rd May at 7.30pm
